Hi.
Popped in a K&N air filter in yesterday, put 100 miles on today to let the ECU work it out and settle in.
Conclusion, it's a good mod if you want to increase the air box noise from 4500rpm.
The wee thing howls.
Now it is a little bit sharper taking off, possible flat in the middle, then flies after 6000rpm.
I fit K&N filters to most of my bikes, usually don't see a difference, however this is my first sub 100bhp bike for a long time ( the big ones are still in the garage ).
It's a bit of a fiddle to fit, Suzuki wouldn't have used halt as many screws, however I think tis been an improvement.

Sure the bike was quicker once up and running.
However too loud, like a lawnmower flat out.
Standard filter back in.
All good.

I can say that I have switched to the K&N for the last month or so and have been enjoying the increased intake noise, helps make up for the quiet stock exhaust on my bike. The sound is great from 6,000rpm to redline on the sixty2.
