Mia stanca ! Been out all day on the multi. Much Wenlock then over the Bur way to Clun then onto Newton and back through Welshpool and Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth, called in the Buycott Arms near Pattingham for diet coke ( on diet) and home 6pm been out since 10.15.
My new sat Nav Zumo 390LM arrived but it's going on the multi as problem with mount for the Zumo 550. So the 550 will stay on Scrambler

Nipped out on the little 125 to get some more practice in and try out my new helmet (Quick pic of the wee man trying in on for size):

Also spotted my first Scrambler (Yellow Icon) whilst I was out. Rider totally blanked me as I saluted him. Penis :angry7:
Mmm not very friendly then, perhaps they had just taken delivery and were concentrating real hard! Watch the little man he will be wanting a test ride next!

Today I got my Scrambler all loaded up for a 5 day 1100 mile ride, with about 50% of it all off pavement. The first 250 miles is to get to the beginning of the route, and the last 250 miles is to get home from the end, but the rest is all dirt. We will be camping along the way. This is what I'm up to: Trans Wisconsin Adventure Trail

Time to see if my Scrambler can scramble! Wish me luck!

It looks great Duchess, better than any I've seen. My problem is feeling all the buffetting on my torso, has this improved the 'sail' effect?
Much appreciated.
Depends on ur height as to the aero dynamics, for me I no longer have that feeling of being ripped off the bike at higher speeds

Yes you definitely look the part! :icon_thumright:

I went on a ride to Leominster again and Dom's Bike Stop to sample more of their fab food. I was about to have another brekkie but spotted a board which said Lamb Burgers from their own Shropshire sheep. Well I had to try that - it was amazing! :D. Then went on to see my friend who lives near Ludlow. Only she lives up the Brown Clee Hill (Shropshire's highest hill) and the lane to her house is up a steep hill, and covered with gravel/rocks and potholes. To say this was the worst road I've ever been on a bike was an understatement!:eek: . It was bloody awful and with the snatchy throttle of the bike making progress even more difficult I was sweating by the time I got to the top (which seemed to go on for ever). I thought that coming down would be easier - it was marginally, but not much! . I was so relieved I didn't drop the bike, I think that next time I visit the bike will be parking at the bottom of the hill and I will walk!
Rexxer would sort the throttle

Holy moly, got home from an outing and the Zard was here, it's now been fitted it up and ready to go (only took about 15 mins) but I have kid duty tonight so it'll have to wait to morning to test out. I don't think I'm gonna sleep very well tonight - a little excited. :hello2:
Brilliant! Hope it lives up to expectations!
I went for a short spin yesterday
