Hiya, can someone tell me the socket sizes for the rear wheel bolts (mm size). I'm going to be adjusting the chain. Also, can someone confirm that I only need to loosen one side only to do this.

Socket for rear wheel nut is 30mm, only one side needs loosening. Re-torque to 145 Nm.

Yes - Just checked the socket I bought - 28mm - an odd size..

For those with Imperial tools or access to them and not Metric, the equivalents are;

Rear = 1"3/16
Front = 1"1/8

Of course they are odd sizes...why would Ducati make life easier so a 250+ piece socket set has all that you need?

Probably not.... 28mm is not standard

Standard is 22 24 27 30 32 then 36

I had spanners in the right size - but none of my socket sets (I have 7) had a 28mm in them...

And you need the socket for the torque wrench

Went to a store to pick up said sockets...glad I did because the place I had my tires changed last week...well...let's say that torque specs were not followed. Front was fine but the Rear was off by about half the specified torque.
