I'm off to Spain and France next week and I know the French particularly insist on carrying spare bulbs.
The head light and indicator bulbs are no problem but what about the tail LEDs?
Any ideas or do I just risk it?

As far as I know, the rule does not apply to bikes. I do know that the warning triangle, fire extinguisher etc. don't.
