Who has successfully painted their seat? Id like to know what kind of paint I should use and if it will hold up to summer heat and everyday use?

I haven't done it, but my friend has to black out the yellow on the full throttle seat.
Don't have the specific paint unfortunately... But he's had it for at least 9 months and it's held up well.

So today I grabbed a can of Dupli-color (flat black) went home, taped off the seat. Put 5 coats on and it looks just like factory. Almost too easy, taping it took the longest part haha. It looks and feels like it should hold up for some time.
