The bars have a spacer that inserts into the sleeves on the frame. It may be possible to mix and match parts fro the slider kit, but you might be short on the thread as well? Why would you want to fit both?

To save the crash bars from being damaged.... yes I'm taking the p*ss!

The crash bars come with a new bolt and spacers.The new bolt is longer.
I'm guessing that the slider bolt Will be even longer so I think it would be possible,like Nick says to mix and match.
