the Db killer doen't want to go out!

I've removed the little screw but the Db killer is "wedged"...... there is something wrong?

Get the exhaust warm (so that it expands) and pulling it out should be easy.

On my MTS 1200 (also a Termi with the same baffle arrangement) I use a large spring hook fitted round the cross piece in the baffle. I have a large adjustable wrench that I fit over the shank of the spring hook and then use it to tap the handle of the hook so that it behaves like a slide hammer and pulls the baffle out.
I've never had this trouble with my Scrambler because the baffle has never been fitted
