I installed a Ducati Brand Handle Bar Cross Bar and every spot a bug hit the finish came off. Looks like shotgun pellets hit it after washing the bike. Hey Ducati Dealer tell me again how your bar is superior to the Chinese bar on ebay for $4.99 shipped! Maybe the Adirondack bugs are more toxic than other areas bugs.

Upon the first service the dealer replaced the crossbar. Just said the finish had not been applied properly, we'll see how the new one goes.
