I added a bag of zip-ties & a tire pressure gauge to my elastic strap, that holds the tool kit, under the seat.

I started getting weird fuel pump issues with it doing multiple &/or extended priming...it would even do this at times with key and kill switch off.

It turned out to be a shorting issue from the added items under the seat.

It was intermittent, depending on pressure on seat...

So just a warning here and maybe save
someone from this happening.

Also....since I have discovered this, it makes me wonder if possibly some of the battery problems people are having might be related to this???

Well heck, who would have thought? Something was making contact with the electrical gizmos at the rear of the battery compartment, right? Thanks for the head's up on that.
