Urban Enduro with Shock Factory red shock

I wasn't sure if I'd like the red coil but now that it is mounted, I think it looks pretty cool with the red on the tank helping out quite a bit. I have not had a chance to ride the bike yet but will do so over the next couple days and report back.

Agree the red spring goes well with the UE. Do not be afraid to dial the dampening down as much as you need. I felt it was too hard at factory setting. I ended up trying different settings and settled on -12 clicks which is perfect balance for performance and comfort for me :)

On my quick ride around the neighborhood I did just that. I backed off the preload a little bit and also softened the damping. I'll get it out the next few days and with a few miles on the bike, get a better feel and see if it needs further adjustments. But so far it is certainly an improvement.

I have a few hundred miles on the bike now and the shock is a real improvement. It suck we have to pay another $500 to make the bike be what it should but that is okay. I am really liking the red coil over the silver one.

Numbercruncher, I see you're in Spokane. I looked at Shock Factory's innertube page and saw they won't ship to the US.

How'd you work it?

I'm ready for one.

I like your grips.

Does the brown match with seat color in real life?
Or just in this picture?

Brand? Are more confy than oem ones?

Thanks... and sorry for the offtopic.
The brown is a little bit lighter than the seat but I think they look better than black. They are softer than stock but larger diameter as well. The larger diameter throttle grip means you get more leverage and it takes less effort to twist the throttle. As such I installed a throttle tamer.

These are the grips I purchased.

Sorry I missed this but if you just send in inquiry they'll send it to the states. I had my Scrambler out for the first time since last October and really had a good time on it. That shock is worth it. It sucks Ducati could not have fit a better one but we can't do much about that.

I am trying to find some of my old posts from last summer. No luck searching. Anyone know if the search function is down or if we can only go back so far?
Reached out to Winding Roads where I bought mine and their insurance company no longer offers insurance to the US or Canada. That sucks as they offered a great product at a reasonable price. Not sure which shock I'd buy now if I needed one.
