Hi here!
I've bought my Urban Motard recently, and after a few rides for 130-150 km I have to say, that original seat is too hard for any long ride. Now I'm looking for original of aftermarket replace, but Sargent and Mustang replayed me, that they do not have any model for 2022, and that is not compatible with others.
The Ducati support recommended that Twin-seater seat, seems the same and I've tested a little that today in our local shop (they have a NightShift complected with that seat). Does anybody have that seat for some long ride and could advice?

Thank in advance.

I do not have that bike or that seat, but I do have the Ducati comfort seat on my Icon. It is 25mm taller than the stock seat, and the main benefit is that it helps keep me from riding forward into the tank. It is a more comfortable position, but it is not noticably softer than the stock seat.

I am thinking of adding a gel insert because this seat even after 2 hours is a bit hard. I suspect another Ducati seat will be the same.

Thanks! Would you share the part number of your set, if you know? I'm going to compare with recommended.

I just took delivery of the Ducati comfort seat on my Desert Sled today, same as above. I've only ridden it for 30 minutes this evening and concur that it is just as hard as before but there is greater depth to the padding. I'm going to take the old standard seat, remove most of the staples from underneath and hollow out some of the padding in the old seat and use that space as a mould (British spelling), some cling film inserted in the hollow and fill the void with some gel that you can buy and mix yourself, strips maybe 5-8cm wide (2-3") and then reapply the staples back into the seat with a staple gun. I've got nothing to lose, might even get the comfy seat my backside deserves......

Kinda low on my priority list, but I want to do a gel insert on my old seat just to see if it makes an improvement.
