Congratulations to Rob for winning our first ever ScramblerForum.com Contest! He put a lot of thought into his response and just like that... He is a big winner! He will be receiving the wall clock featuring a vintage Ducati Scrambler!

Well I have been giving this a lot of thought. First is to make new side covers for the tank out of acid etched diamond plate aluminum. After that I will cut some slots into the plates that will accomadate some molle pouches from maxpedition.

Second will be the elimination of the turn signals and replace them with some nice small rizoma units. The mirrors will go in favor of some bar end mirrors.

Gonna flip the handle bars upside down as well so I can get some more wight on the front wheel as well, and maybe lower the front end about 12 mm in the forks as well. Should increase corner stability a bit more.

I'm up in the air about the seat as of right now so that will stay for a bit.
Foot pegs mak get changed out for something a bit more adjustable, will have to see what is available, and if nothing well I will just have to make some. I have a metal lathe and mill as well as mig and tig welders.

Exhaust will stay stock except for making a small can out of stainless tube with a baffel to nock the bark down a bit. And a machined 6061 aluminum tip to look like an external cross drilled gun barrel of sorts.

I'm sure I will do some different break levers as well, what as of right now I domnot know, but I'm sure risoma will have something nice.

Back shock will more then likely make way for an ohlins unit, and springs up front as well. Add a steering stabilized as well.

I plan to make my own headlight grill, something a little more "mag max"
And that ugly plastic piece under the seat will have to go as well.

Also some type of rear seat cowl will be made as well.

That is all I can say for as of right now, might get rid of the airbox and go with pod filters too.
