Can anyone help me out with this. The brake lever on my Scrambler broke off where the two screws attach the assembly to the handlebar and I was trying to figure out where the wire hanging connects to?
The photo shows the wire.
Also, can someone recommend where I can find a used brake lever assembly. Does anyone has a used one for sale?

Yes, that's the microswitch to activate the brake light.

And odds are the little plastic/rubber dowel that goes through the perch is missing (they fall out easily), and maybe the little mounting bracket is missing too but I can't clearly see it in the fuzzy picture.

A completely new master cylinder including lever and I think the microswitch too costs around Eu200 btw (Ducati part #62440921B)

Hoping to find a used setup. I saw some aftermarket sets on ebay, but I would feel better getting OEM parts.
