Not sure if anyone else has had this but i had the Termignoni race slip on fitted to my icon scrambler (sounds unbelievable btw!) but after 250-300 miles it developed a rattle which i thought was a stone in the exhaust since i had been thrashing around on gravel.

For those of you that don't know, there is a piece of the slip on exhaust that sits where the cat used to, this is a cylinder with an inlet of exhaust gasses and an outlet of exhaust gasses, inside of this cylinder is a metal plate which is welded in place to redirect the flow of gasses so it's not a straight through system. (It may have a specific name... i dont know it). This plate broke it's welds and was rattling inside the exhaust!

That part of the exhaust was replaced under warranty but has anyone else had this?

This is not the first I've heard of broken welds with the Termi stuff. There have been numerous reports of welds breaking and stuff rattling around inside as a result.
