Attempting PIN reset with MelcoDiag, but have Termignoni upmap

New Ducati owner here. Bought a 2020 Scrambler Full Throttle 4 days ago with 2300 miles and was told I am the third owner. The previous owner did not know the PIN.
After researching my options, I successfully connected to the bike using MelcoDiag, but the email containing the license came with a warning to temporarily unload any existing upmaps and this bike has a Termignoni exhaust and tune. It looks like I am stuck- the warning indicates the tune could be lost if I attempt any resets.

Please advise.

Thanks for the reply. I tried the last 4 of the vin along with the 4-digit number on a tag attached to the key. I also tried a bunch of random numbers. I received a call back from my nearest Ducati dealer (2 hours away) today. He assured me that they could reset the pin without losing the upmap and if they lost it, they could easily reinstall it. May go this route if I can't track down the original owner.
