Registration card/package?

Hello all,

I've have had my Icon for nearly one year and I still I love it.

My question to you all is this: Aren't all new owner's supposed to receive a registration packet from Ducati?

I thought I once read a thread about some one receiving a letter and registration card directly from Ducati.

Any one know to what I am referring?

Right after purchase, I got a call from Ducati congratulating me on my purchase, but nothing since.

Hi Jay

Yes you should have got a card mine arrived a week or so after the bike its a yellow credit card with your details and the bikes frame number etc .

I would have a chat with your dealer

Hmm...I did speak with my dealer about it...he didn't understand what I was talking about...any chance someone can send me a picture of the card (blur out all relevant info, of course)?

Mine came after about a month didn't get a call from Ducati
